Comprehensive engineering and financial management of Israel’s largest—and potentially one of the world’s largest—urban renewal projects. Thousands of apartments are being demolished and replaced with three times as many new units, transforming and revitalizing an entire neighborhood, including its vital business district. Spanning approximately a decade, the project will introduce new infrastructure to the neighborhood while it remains active, vibrant, and thriving.
