Construction of an operational reservoir for stormwater management and retention outside the city to prevent damage during storms. With a capacity of 450,000 cubic meters, the reservoir can hold approximately 150,000 cubic meters of water, serving as a buffer between the city and the river to effectively prevent flooding of both.
